What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in, whether the work is residential or commercial, your timeframe, how you heard about us and the message you write. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from and the date and time. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Where your enquiry is stored
When you send an enquiry it is saved in this website's own secure database, and a copy is forwarded to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system. The database copy is kept so that no enquiry is lost if the forwarding fails, and it is only accessible to DIGroundworks and the people who maintain this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless we need to keep them longer for a job we have carried out or for legal or accounting reasons.
What we use it for
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interest, so we can reply to a request you have made, and on consent where you have opted in to further contact.
Third parties
Enquiries are forwarded to GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, which is where we manage replies and quotes. We also use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and marketing tags that help us understand how visitors use the site and improve our advertising.

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads, which help us see how visitors use the site and which of our adverts work. No advertising or analytics cookies are set unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Reject or ignore the banner, these stay switched off.
