Quotes are free and given after a site visit, and are based on the scope agreed at that visit.

Changes to the agreed scope are priced and confirmed in writing before the extra work begins.

We need reasonable access to the working area, and access to water and power where the job requires it. Unknown ground conditions, services or drainage found during excavation may affect price and timescale.

Start and completion dates are estimates given in good faith. Weather and material lead times can move them; we tell you as soon as we know.
